On a hot summer day, during a family get-together, the employees of Zodiac, the manufacturer of boats of the same name, were looking for an idea to keep their children cool and entertained during the event. They thought of filling their largest unsinkable boat with water... Zodiac pools were born.
The manufacture of Zodiac pools was carried out in Toulouse (France), before being transferred to Buhl in Alsace (France)... where they are still produced today.
The Zodiac Original business became part of the CF Group in 2013, which is the second largest European manufacturer and distributor of equipment for private and public swimming pools for professionals.
